LOUIS VUITTON DOUBLE-ZIP POCHETTE & LONG BLAZER OOTD
Another Favorite Crossbody
I bought this Louis Vuitton Monogram Double-Zip Pochette at the Miami Saks Fifth Avenue Louis Vuitton Boutique in January 2021, and I must say it is one of my favorite Louis Vuitton bags. Initially, I was drawn to the Reverse Monogram (one side has the Reverse LV Monogram and the other side has the regular LV Monogram). However, since buying this crossbody I don’t think I have ever worn it with the Reverse Monogram side facing out. I always seem to choose the regular LV Monogram side. This is probably because the regular monogram is a smaller print that is more understated than the Reverse Monogram, so it seems to go with more outfits.
Speaking of outfits, the Blazer I’m wearing in this post is 33 inches in length, which makes it the perfect layer to wear over skinny jeans or leggings. It is a blend of wool, linen, and silk–a lovely weight year-round. The plaid combines black, brown, light beige, and cognac–so any of those colors would work beautifully with it. In this outfit I chose to pair it with an ivory top and jeans, and then chose chocolate-brown kitten-heel slingbacks to match the dark-chocolate background of my crossbody bag.

My Makeup
(ABOVE & BELOW) I lined the base of my lashes with this Eye Pencil, and I think it is an easy way to enhance the eyes without looking like you are wearing a lot of eye makeup. I also used only this Lip Gloss (no liner or lipstick) and it provides just enough color and shine to make my lips look more lively. (I have very pale, wrinkled lips in reality.)
