This 1880 Sconset house is across the street from the beach, and is just minutes from the center of Main Street.
In addition to the classic detail-rich interior, what I love about it is the understated exterior. It looks like a charming small cottage. But actually, it is a fairly large house on four acres, with a gunite pool, a variety of gardens, oversized two-car garage (with potting area downstairs and studio above), guest house, and a “bunk house.”
Both the main house and guest house look out to the ocean. There are seven bedrooms and seven baths with three half baths in total.
